You update your ps3 and you will lose the jailbreak, but you keep the modded patch.

What patch are you using and how are you transferring??
Use FTP. I had the same problem.

You just update the Firmware.

DO NOT update leave it at 3.41 and just data transfer to 3.50 ps3
