Sorry but i've been searching all day and after these are answered I'll have everything running tomorrow night.

1. It depends where it is. Ask them for their OLDEST ps3. If they say ther don't have a old one then try Gamestop and ask then the same question. If they ask why, just say cause I need it

2. I would have to say The Final Tree Patch. There's a link to download in this section.

Idk If you know this or not, but you need a bit more stuff than a 3.41 and a patch. I'm not going to list them but if you want me to, quote me and ask

oh i know exactly what i need i have my ti-84 plus silver with PS3JB and a backup manager on a flash drive. I just got done with PS3 FTP and Filezilla too. All i need is that ps3 (which i'm getting tomorrow) and a hex editor. Thanks for your answer too! +Rep

You might also want to have the 3.41 HW saved there too. Jut in case the PS3 you get isn't that yet. Save it in the following order.
PS3>UPDATE. If update isn't a folder in your Ps3, make one.
