I made it for a friend and I don't have a PS3 Jailbroken, so I was wondering if someone could test this patch out and see how it works.
Tell me what works (if it works) and what doesn't work.

There are no viruses. If you don't believe me, scan yourself. And mediafire has an anti-scanner that scans the file before you download.
