I Could not find the chocolate patch, someone send it to me and I'll add it. Also, If I missed any, let me know so I can add them.

No each patch is separate. To change the patch you need to do the process (many tuts, just search around on the forum) again.

No, as long as you have the US version, they should work for everyone.

As of now, you could only change the patch if you had access to a second ps3 on firmware 3.41. If you only have one ps3 on 3.5 with a modded patch already installed, don't try and change it, you will just end up loosing it.
