If you mean overPOWERED, emphasis on Power, then the UMP45, hands down. It's a 3 shot kill at any distance with a silencer and any perk. It's low on recoil, and shoots quick.
There are a few things that are better than they should be, like the semtex, SPAS-12, FAMAS, but I wouldn't call things like those overpowered, because they have downsides.
The UMP45 has NO downsides, well at least when I use it. You might find the iron sights hard to manage, but you'll get used to 'em.
If the UMP45 had iron sights like the MP5 of COD4, I'd be in Heaven.
Other than that, IW made it unstoppable.
-Oh & don't call the AA-12 overpowered, it is clearly underpowered. If you have seen youtube videos of it, like future weapons, or "The Expendables," you will know what I'm talking about.

lol, I was actually saying that because of how many post's have been put up about whats too overpowered. You did bring up a good point of it hitting your toe and you dying. However, someone with a throwing knife and who is good at it deserves that toe kill with it. That shit is hard as **** to use and I literally blow donkey balls with it. Now, I do use both the SCAR and UMP. IMO every gun has its ups and downs to it, in turn there is a way to counter act each weapon that is so to say "overpowered". I think they patched the only gun that was really overpowered was the Models, and IW fixed it. Again, this is all my opinion

Haha, yes the AA-12 is underpowered if you compare to the real life (Those who don't know, it can shoot to 100+ meters, and it's a fully automatic "shotgun"). But still, in game, is very powerful.
