Could somebody help me modding it?

If i use a non-BLES00685 patch i get a black screen during multiplayer startup, and if i try an italian patch (i've found one on ngu) i get bad sintaxis.

Since your from Italia, you aren't able to use other-region patches. I'd say, wait till there's a good-ported patch for Italia users.

And i cant port an other-region patch to italian format? or just decompress my patch then mod it and recompress?

Sure you can, but the file names will be different (00004ba0, 00024ef6, 00014f51 etc)

So it will be more difficulty to do?
