Hello My name is Adam and me and a few friends are putting together a 3rd person clan in mw2. We are looking for skilled objective based players that are well balanced with kills too. We don't care about K/D ratio or level or any of that as long as you are a somewhat skilled player.

• Must be able to play in any environment.
  
• Must be over the age of 10.
  
• Must be able to speak english and be understood.
  
• Mics are not required but do help
  

It will be a 3rd person Demolition match, no time limit, the score will be set to 2 and the map will be Favela. Jay(also in WeaK) and I will be spectating this match to see how well each of you work as a team. We will be Focusing on:

• Stealth - How well you can find your way around the enemy without being seen.
  
• Power - How well you can stand your ground when in a tough situation.
  
• Precision - How accurate you are with each of your chosen weapons and equipment.
  
• Teamwork - How well you work and communicate with your team mates.
  
• Strategy - How well you think of strategy or follow through with other's as oposed to just running out and getting shot.
  

• No "Witch Classes" (Commando, Lightweight, Marathon)
  
• Limit your use of m203. You can use them but don't abuse it.
  
• No "Backpacker Classes" (m203,One Man Army,Danger Close, Commando, or anything like that.)
  
• Limit your camping. It's ok in moderation but don't rely on it for too long.
  
• No "Kill Whores" (Someone who Doesn't care about objectives and just goes for kills."
