Choice will be different for each game-type. If you're looking for a professional looking patch to host 'challenge'-lobbies, then i suggest using the "Final Tree Patch" from K Brizzle.

There's currently one patch (Final Tree Patch - K Brizzle) available which has a 'switch to zombies' feature.

Well, there is no BEST PATCH its the users choice. But i suggest elite Mossys patch V1. Or Final tree patch (with no sound).
And thats just free options. If your looking for premium then theres better patches.

whats the best patch in terms of de-ranking people, and making sure they dont come back, but can host challenge lobbies? Smile the derank on tree patch doesnt work? also if i go to a public match i want to kill people, but still be host, is this possible?
