You can basically restore your PS3(restore all data to the day it was bought) and stuff. IT deletes you game saves and others so its recommended you back it up.

Mabye it is possible to hack MW2 without having to buy another PS3?
Im not sure if you can install 3.41 but its worth a try. Not recommended for those who have 1 PS3(like me o.O).
