What you need:
2 PS3's - 3.41 + 3.50
Jailbreak
1. First Delete your MW2 gamedata on your 3.41 console and install your regions .PKG from the following:
EUROPE

2. Install the PKG once you have loaded up your PS3 with jailbreak and then start FTP server.
3. Find the MW2 game files and extract the default_mp.self to somewhere on your PC. This .self has no security checks and is what is used for the 11th prestige to work

4. Now you can delete the MW2 gamefiles, reboot the PS3 normally and reinstall the 1.11 patch.
5. With the 1.11 patch now installed, jailbreak again and start FTP.
6. Find the MW2 game files and transfer the default_mp.self you saved earlier and overwrite the current one.

no - only private match without joining works
u have to use a clean default_mp.self for inviting friends/Playing online
save it before u overwrite your file for the 11th Prestige
or download here a Clean BLES00683 default_mp.self file

no, just back up your PS3 and save it for 11th prestige only. when done, restore to a previous patch.
remember, if you were to change patches without restoring then you will need to put the original default_mp.self back into the directory.
