EliteMossy's Xbox to PS3 Converter
NEW UPDATE IS NOW OUT, THIS IS BETA 2
MODERN WARFARE 2 ONLY AT THE MOMENT. ADDING SUPPORT FOR OTHER REGIONS AND ALSO OTHER CALL OF DUTY PATCHES
How to use:
1: Download the tool.
2: Download Fast File Viewer
3: Load you're Xbox patch in FF Viewer
4: Open the "output/" directory and find a .dat file, something like "patch_mp-18321.dat". This is the .dat file you need for my tool.
5: Get a CLEAN patch from you're PS3
6: Load my tool
7: Select you're CLEAN patch from you're PS3
8: Select the .dat file from step 4
9: Click Convert, you're PS3 patch should now be fully ready
10: Put it on you're PS3 and enjoy.
*NOTE* This will overrite the CLEAN patch with the XBOX patch.

If it does not work, or there are errors, please let me know. I will *NOT* help with Blackscreens, so dont post if you get Blackscreens. I will only help if you get "script compile errors" and ONLY if you are positive that patch works 100%. Please before posting that it DOES NOT WORK try a patch that you know DOES work.
This is a beta, so it might not work at all, but i have tested it on my BLES00683.
CONFIRMED WORKING ON FOLLOWING REGION PATCHES:

LATEST FIX IS OUT - SHOULD FIX PROBLEMS WITH PATCH_MP.FF NOT BEING WRITTEN.

That would be a good idea. Little update to the GUI.
Just a thought you might want to add a save destination or save over FTP for the people who still use it.

Hey, i followed the steps..
-open the xbox patch in the ff viewer you posted
-edited the patch
-saved it
-opened your converter
-selected the clean patch_mp.ff
-selected the output "patch_mp-16421.dat"
-hit the convert (Note: it took 5 seconds to say complete with no advance on the progress bar)
-sent the "patch_mp.ff" (the one i selected as being the clean as you said it over writes that file) to ps3
-started the game in lan
the problem i'm getting is, its just the clean patch :confused:
no menu's or mods just the bog standard. i used multiple xbox patches and tried this over 8 times to no avail. always gives the clean patch in game.
i could use your keen thought on this one if you can please
