EliteMossy's Xbox to PS3 Converter


NEW UPDATE IS NOW OUT, THIS IS BETA 2 Smile

MODERN WARFARE 2 ONLY AT THE MOMENT. ADDING SUPPORT FOR OTHER REGIONS AND ALSO OTHER CALL OF DUTY PATCHES

How to use:
1: Download the tool.
2: Download Fast File Viewer
3: Load you're Xbox patch in FF Viewer
4: Open the "output/" directory and find a .dat file, something like "patch_mp-18321.dat". This is the .dat file you need for my tool.
5: Get a CLEAN patch from you're PS3
6: Load my tool
7: Select you're CLEAN patch from you're PS3
8: Select the .dat file from step 4
9: Click Convert, you're PS3 patch should now be fully ready
10: Put it on you're PS3 and enjoy.

*NOTE* This will overrite the CLEAN patch with the XBOX patch.

If it does not work, or there are errors, please let me know. I will *NOT* help with Blackscreens, so dont post if you get Blackscreens. I will only help if you get "script compile errors" and ONLY if you are positive that patch works 100%. Please before posting that it DOES NOT WORK try a patch that you know DOES work.

This is a beta, so it might not work at all, but i have tested it on my BLES00683.

i've got the same problem and im on windows 7

i tried this tutorial with 15 different xbox patches
only one of those 15 patchs worked and it was a shit patch :(

maybe its the xbox patch that doesnt work or something...
i followed his tutorial exactly but no success

No mate I'm on windows 7, its strange.. the patch isn't even been touched because after each attempt, I extract, for example the missions, and it hasn't been touched at all.

Didn't it work for you? If so, how? Which patch(s) did you try? Maybe it's the patch? I'm just trying to use the clean TU6 patch.

Well this is kinda off topic but I cant pm you for some reason. So I am going to post this here because it seems like your a pretty good programmer.

Hey well I am making a death Pinger application but I keep getting the same error!

ok i just used the converter and the patch stayed exactly the same size. MY xbox patch is 241kb and this patch is 228kb and when i used the converter the size stayed the same and when i tired the patch in game it was like the patch had not been touched

Yeah those are the patches I'm using as well, I even downloaded yours and tried and again, nothing happened..really strange.

Are you on Windows 7?
