I think the last person that does the damage to the car gets the kills. The car must have been on fire, then the throwing knife hit it and that little bit of damage caused him to get the kills once it blew up. I could see it being possible, just very unlikely. Amazing that he got it though.

I Know what happened mabey some dumbass was shooting the car and as he was shooting it his team mates happen to go somewhere near the car and the knife luckly hits the car and BAM! a 5 in 1 Kill Winky Winky

yea i heard the noob toob just a hair before the throwing knife. someone most likely shot a noobtube NEAR the car, causing it to catch fire, then the knife hit the car thus blowing it up.

Just before he gets the kill(s) you can hear some explosives being fired, I think someone damaged the car just before the knife hit the car thus blowing it up. I could be wrong though.
