use file zilla to extract the patch you already have on and place it somewhere you know like the desktop. now open the modded patch in the hex workshop and press Ctrl-A to select all then Ctrl-C to copy all now close that and open the normal patch in hex workshop now press Ctrl-A to select all and then Ctrl-V to overwrite the existing patch then save and close. now transfer the patch you just edited back to the ps3 using file zilla.
