Not sure about bgalex, but Dudeitsbrian and the Final Tree Patch both have derank....i know for the the Final Tree Patch, when u derank someone it f*cks up there perks and stuff to where they need to re do the challenges for them to get them back to "Pro" and wat not....but thats all i really know about it from wat ive experienced in my own lobbies. And with Final Tree Patch, yes that has the laptops. Hope, that helped.
