Now the problem is that i get a black screen. I want to know what causes a black screen?

Also i was checking havocs Xbox patch in ff-viewer and i checked it with syntax error and it gave me at least 50 script compile errors. my question is the patch on 360 works fine so does that mean even if you have a script compile error you patch should load fine.

black screen means you compressed it wrong
