look at that....

just go to your trophy folder and select "sync trophy with server" .you must do this for every psn on your ps3 ,it will work fine afterwards .

I dont have a PSN im trieng to set up a CL, I jailbroke my ps3 and everything but when i try to get onto multiplayer i get that error. And if i do it fast enough i can get into multiplayer but then when i go into splitscreen and hit start match it just freezes.

ok i see you wanna go click trophys and let it sync or what not then load up mw2 it hapened to me even though i did not jailbreak.
