I didn't see a hit marker. I feel your pain though. I did 93 spins off of an elevator and got a hit marker from across the map, this was all while I was blind folded too.

hitmarkers blow. i have so many game winning 360's and seven twentys when i get a hitmarker then get sprayed on my the try hard with a UMP. i dont understand how you get hitmarkers to the face with a sniper but can kill someone with a throwing knife to the toe or finger.
