It is named after the person who discovered it, VaLoR Twitch of Valor Empire. Basically it allows you to fire the Intervention (and a few other guns) quite a bit faster than your normally would be able to. I want to apologize in advance for the voice settings, we forgot to turn the game volume down so it is a bit hard to hear me. But for those of you who like to do Quickscopes and Noscopes, this will make them a LOT more fun.
