ive also tried this with HavocUndead, bgAlex, and even the original Final Tree Patch..

(oh and im also 11th prestige and it would let me connect before)

EDIT: i restored to my last patch that was working (which was my custom final tree patch) and that solves it, one more question, so how come i can only host lobby with this patch but not others?

EDIT: nvm, i solved it myself.

??? if you want to switch patches, just jailbreak your 3.41 ps3, transfer a different patch over and do the data transfer again

Yes i understand that but thats not the problem.. the problem is that other patches doesn't let other people to connect to my lobby (except for this one patch that i've modded that works)
