i dont understand...
a DLC is about 600 megs
what are these codes in this text file?

ok those are codes to set the map to a map that doesnt exist, the name is there for it to be switched to, but it wont play as there is no data for the map other than a name, its for when they do officially release those maps IF they do.
these cannot be used at this time

Infinity Ward said that no more map packs are coming out due to Black Ops next month. Also someone should use these on PS3 and trick those noobs into one lobby while you host the real one LOL
I certainly hope my new PS3 get here soon so i can trick my friends with this. Also i LOVE Zombieland Good Job!

This is what's in the file. The dvar "ui_mapname" is the one that chooses the map image in the lobby. From what i've been hearing, the maps are never going to come out.
