You can´t transfer from a 3.50 PS3 to a 3.41 PS3. You must first update the 3.41 PS3 to 3.50 firmware.

As of right now no. You cannot get the data from a 3.50 onto a 3.41 without updating the 3.41 or downgrading the 3.50 (impossible for now). Also you need to JailBreak a 3.50 to use filezilla on it (I think. I could be wrong there) which is not possible. Sorry.

Take your 3.41 and mod the patch then transfer from the 3.41 to the 3.50, because if you did 3.50 to 3.41 it would ask you to update your system first.

What you need to do, is put MW2 in your 3.41 PS3. Load the game, That will let you download the patch

FTP it to your computer. Mod it, put it back on 3.41
