Its better than the lack of host migration in COD4, but Treyarch defiantly needs to improve host migration quite a bit for Black Ops. It simply doesn't work/takes to long way to often

I think mine was worse...

I joined a Ground War game on Rundown, and we were getting spawn-trapped like crazy by the C flag. The game was half-way done by the time I joined, so I just decided to try to stay alive as long as possible (they had harriers, pavelows, chopper gunners, and ac-130s flying around). I just camped in the 2nd floor of the building by the C flag (the one by the side bridge). I had a silenced M16 with stopping power, so I was picking off people that wanted to spawn-trap. There were rushers that tried to get to the second floor, but I had set-up claymores and used my AA-12 (with scavenger ). I needed to be really tactical, since there were grenades flying in through the big windows, and commando guys rushing in. I (regretfully) needed to use one of my teammates as bait (I let the enemy see my teammate so they would rush at him, giving me an easy kill).
This got me my harriers, which I put over our flag, since we were losing it. I got 2 kills with the blast, so I quickly jumped out the window, and onto the ledge that faces the bridge (I lied prone so I couldn't be seen). The harriers got me my chopper gunner once we got dominated. I tried to kill as many people as possible with it, almost killing myself (since the rushers had finally made it to the 2nd floor, and I tried to shoot them). I got the nuke, but my chopper gunner wasn't done yet... the game was only a few seconds until it was done, so I got really nervous. Right when the chopper ended, I called in my nuke, and the score stopped at 199 for the enemy team. :evil: I jumped down the ledge, and shot the guys that were shooting in the sky out of despair.
However... the host left just as the nuke was blowing up!!! :jim: I got so pissed

Host Migration damn near always fails.

They should change the name to, "The enemy team can't take this butt rape anymore so they quit, sorry"

It fails for me 100% of the time when I'm playing good

I saw a youtube video, i think it's a 'nerds gone wild' video, where you see a guy calls in his first nuke ever and 0.6 seconds before the nuke blasts off, there is a host migration and the game ends
