I dowloaded the patch but now what do i do with it.

eg What do i put it on a memory stick and coppy it to a folder ?

This needs some work doing the text on the screen is replaced by some other text when spawned, kick menu doesnt work well as it says press unbound to go up (lolwut)! Oh and the lag is of the same magnitude. Was fun though.
