What do you mean there is no PS3 on 3.41 Fw?
Ofcourse there is you have to buy one, the only reason you need 3.41 Fw is because its the only firmware you can currently jailbreak on...And you need the 3.50 Fw one to transfer it online...

You could go to your friends house if he has jailbroken ps3.. there is this hamachi data transfer out now that could work..
