You will create a File? Open Editor or something like this -> save as -> type in, an example "_missions_recomp.gsc" check File Options under the name and put it to "all files". Now you have created an ".gsc" File.

yea that exact file the tutorial im following says to make a new file call _missions_recomp.gsc but idk how to make it i mean its telling me to make a file without doing any editing or anything i have to make it then edit apparently.i mean i could do it all before that but when i get here im screwed :/

Make it like I said, you become an empty .gsc File...
