Ok look. The region codes that people say you need, such as BLUS and BLES, don't matter. The only way they matter is if you transfer the patch via HxD Editor.The way you can transfer without worrying about these codes is: When you transfer DO NOT OPEN IN HxD EDITOR, just drag and drop the patch into your correct BLES or BLUS number located on the Spine of your case.

If you are skeptical, TEST IT!

I tried everything (even simply copying it in the directory) and can confirm that it does ONLY work if I change the region with a hex editor ( I live in Italy)

Just to let you know, I am American and I have used 3-4 different European patches. I can confirm it does work. If it doesn't, then it's probably the patch you are using.

and what european patches did you use. almost every single patch made is US because all the clean patches are US already... just because they were released by europeans doesnt make it a european patch...

and if you knew half about what HxD did you would know opening in there wouldnt change a thing...
