Errors are mostly equipment. The ACOG scope has no magnification, and is shut off by EMPs. In reality, the ACOG magnifies four times and is not eletronically powered (meaning that an EMP would not affect it).
Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) bullets are standard in real life, but in MW2 they take the place of armour-piercing ammo.

why do all these gunz look like plastic^^

Because most of them are right off the production line. All new and shiny.

Ofcourse some have been extended and some been cut short such as g18 aka Glock 18

yes all the guns are real. just with some name changes. example being the vector...wich in real like is called the kRISS super v made by H&K. also they just shortned some like the intervention wich it's full name is the Cheytec intervention. Theres alot of weapon and equipment flaws to point out in the game...and to list all of them could take quite some time.

most of the actual advance guns are made of polymer

that make the guns less heavy and more easily for the forces to carry and gives more mobility (very important in close quarters combat )
