(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); instead of using xlink (since it wont work for me)

i had an idea if you use Hamachi to connect ps3's through mw2 LAN

need:
ps3
ethernet Cable
Computer
Hamachi

1) set up your connection like this: PS3--ethernet cable--Computer
unplug your ps3 from power
2) configure Hamachi, then press the 2nd last icon at the botton right and join network 'ModernWarfare2LAN' without the quotes
3) go to 'start' then 'network' then 'network and sharing centre' then 'manage network connections'
4) right click on 'local area' and 'hamachi' and press 'bridge'
5) plug in your ps3 power
6) start up mw2 and go to LAN and 'join game' or 'host game'

*the more people we get to join network 'ModernWarfare2LAN' the more players we will have*
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

While you have a point, it becomes easier to play with friends with this method.

You can also change out your patch easily.

I think that there is a lot of lag with LAN over hamachi.
