if your making a patch from scratch i wouldnt bother with a program, get a clean patch_mp.ff and basic menu script. you can then add what you want.

all depends what you want in the patch. if you need help i can give you some help / tips

i got ff viewer v2.65 and its not opening any files

I believe FF Viewer cannot open PS3 patches. Just learn to code in c++, which is basically what you'll need here, then read a couple tutorials on here and Se7ensins. After that, open a clean PS3 patch and start from there.
