Edit The 00000002.dat In Notepad++ ( Missions.gsc )

Please Follow AlabamaHit's Thread If In Need Of a Patch Being Decompressed Or Recompressed ( Its A Full Tutorial On What Is Needed For The Procedures ).


Quick Tutorial On How To Decompress:
- Make A Desktop Folder Called ( E.g Pack )
- In-Side The Folder Place Offzip / Packzip ( I Use UI Most Of The Time )
- Place Your Ps3 Patch Inside ( What You Want Decompressing )
- Then Ctrl + R = Cmd
- Then Type
- cd desktop\Pack ( Then press Enter )
- Then It Will Show As
- Desktop\Pack\
- Then Simply Type The Command,
- offzip -a -z -15 patch_mp.ff ./ 0

- Results In 22+ Zlib Files In The Folder
- The Files Needed Are,
- 000B4a0 + 00014f51
- Leave Cmd Open

- Simply Open 000B4a0 + 00014f51 In HxD Editor
- Then
- Click on 000B4a0
- Ctrl + E
- Then
- Start Offset - D7D2
- End Offset - FFFF
- Then Press,
- Ctrl + C + N + V

- Then Click On 00014f51
- Ctrl + E
- Then
- Go To Length And Put,
- 61D
- And Press Enter Then,
- Ctrl + C

- Then Paste Into The New File Where You Put 000B4a0 ( Untitled 1 )
- Then Ctrl + S
- Save As
- _Missions_Decomp.gsc

- Then Back To Cmd
- And Put,
- offzip -a -z -15 _Missions_Decomp.gsc ./ 0
- Result = 1 Valid Zlib File
- 00000002.dat File ... That Is Your Mission's To Edit...
- Edit With Notepad++ And Do Not Change The Name...
