So Today I found out my best friend doesn't actually have internet on his ps3, and he hasn't updated since 3.41.

Unfortunately he just bought mw2, and he is going to hook it up to the interwebz soon.

So i was thinking, if I buy a Jailbreak dongle today, and lend his ps3, and jailbreak it, and transfer Elitemossy v7 to my ps3.

QUESTIONS:

1. I know I wont be able to switch patch, but It will stay on my ps3 forever right?

2. You can't play online without updating to 3,50 right?

3. After I used his ps3, will he be able to "De-jailbreak" it and update it to 3.50 ? so he can play online with me.

4. Can any1 post a link to where I can download Elitemossy v7?

I would like to know as soon as possible, since it has to be before he gets it updated

1.Yes it will stay on your ps3 forever and even when you turn it off

2.No you need to have a 3.50 ps3 and he needs too have a 3.41 jailbreaked but no you have too transfer the patch too a 3.50

3.Yes once the ps jailbreak is out the ps3 thats it De-jailbreaked

Here are the answers to your questions:

1. It will remain on your PS3 forever as long as you do not download any patches that IW comes out with. If a new patch comes out from IW, be sure to host your modded lobbies while bypassed on RFOM, Anon, or use the Patch Blocker.
   
2. You cannot play online without updating to 3.50. If you try to do so, your PS3 will have its IP banned.
   
3. Just unplug the dongle. Then he can update to 3.50 and play online without any fears.
   
4. Just use the search button...or look in the Modded Patches section. Mossy has his thread there.

Yes, when it's transfered to your ps3 it will stay on your ps3, when you go offline or play online you keep it. im not sure if you'll keep it after system update =)

No, when ur fw = 3.41 you can't play online.. u need the last system update to play online so that's 3.50 for now yeh.

I believe when ur friend doesnt put USB with JB on it in ps3. then he wont have jailbreak and is he able to update to 3.50 ( i'm not 100% sure about this question.

1. yes unless IW release an update or you delete the mw2 patch.
2.No you can not.
3. The jailbreak features are only on your ps3 when the jailbreak stick is activated, once you take it out all the features go with it.
4.Go to the modified patch section and ENZO-F edited one made it so much better.
