So now a mate of mine wants me to do the same for him transfer my patch from my un-jailbroken ps3 running 3.50 to his un-jailbroken ps3 running 3.50! I was just wondering is this possible to do without losing all my data on my ps3, anybody done this at all? I want to continue to host lobbys and i dont want to lose my patch, so what im trying to ask is it possible to do without losing any of my data, will it simply just copy my stuff to his ps3?

Yeah i know he will lose all his, he knows that aswell but im just afraid id lose mine, but i will 100% keep all my data willl i? Bare in mind this is between to un-jailbroken ps3's both running on 3.50?

could anyone try this possibly? like upload the mw2 patch to like megaupload and then people who are on 3.50 can download it and put it on our ps3s?
