If you have to ask that...You can't do it.

you have to have a ps3 on 3.41 firmware, jailbreak it, and get FTP server. Open Up FTP server on your ps3 click run. The download FileZilla on your computer, connect to the correct network that FTP server gives you and replace the patch with your modded one, this is not a full tutorial but it just the basics. Just search it.
