Depends on the patch... Some give you admin rights*not Host rights* like kick, de-rank, bullet settings,... etc.. Stuff that only the admin needs.. Others just the option to kick and de-rank & so on.

wat he said,but it usaly gives u all there verifying options, also as he said some times (depending on the patch ) you get admin powers i.e god mode, aimbot, end game, choose map etc... if your thinking of buying, its worth it, but youl get alot of leechers :(

So you get aimbot etc and you can verify people. But you cant use aimbot online? Only the normal infections?

Only if online the person with the actual patch installed gives you admin/co host access.
