Port ANY patch to PC.

Port ANY patch to PC.
Required Files .
OK now to start...
Select the patch you want to use... In this one we will use GodlyEliiots Tower Forge.
- Some form of MW2 for PC. (Steam, AlterIW, etc...) I'm using Steam version in this tutorial.
- FF viewer. (Link provided on LINK page)
- Type of Mod Loader. I use mw2 Liberation.
- Simple, yet any knowledge as to .gsc's
- Always need your brain :y:
OK now to start...
Select the patch you want to use... In this one we will use GodlyEliiots Tower Forge.

Now open your patch in .FF viewer, It should look like the above picture.

Now your folder structure should be as the following. For AlterIW and for MW2 Steam. When using MW2 Liberation...

Now Using the patch I provided, all you have to do is replace the files within the folder. Do this by pressing the above button , navigating to your folder and selecting the named file.... Click save, then overwrite. Example picture below...
Make sure you have your current Mod selected. Anytime you change a file, press Refresh , Now click Load Game.
There you go you have successfully just ported a patch to PC.

Once you have replaced all the files... (_rank,_events,_missons,_dd, and any other .gsc that is in use)
Load up MW2 Liberation.
Load up MW2 Liberation.

There you go you have successfully just ported a patch to PC.

thats what i do, its a lot easier
* edit on pc
* compile into ffviewer
* convert using mossys converter

if editing mossys, u just need to rename 2 .gscs in ffviewer
