Inside where you installed MW2, create a folder called mods. Then inside that create a folder called mossy, then inside that, extract the IWD and place it inside.

In the AlterIW Console type in

    fs_game mods/mossy;vid_restart;devmap mp_rust

When I try to do other mods I type that into console with other mod eg alien vs pred but it just restated game and stays on menu ??

ok i got it working i ****ing love u man lol i love killing all dem bots and shit but when i get to level 70 and i leave private match i am still on my original level 3 lol on alter iw net ? how i stay lvl 70?
i put it ranked match btw idk why i am not stuck lvl 70 ?
can u convert some other patches aswell?

Be sure you are entering devmap mp_rust aswell.
