I know there is a thread that explain how to change it.

But i dont know what i have to change for BLES-0684.
Can anyone tell me the values?

There is a tutorial on NGU, Find it, you need to edit your Patch "hack" to change the region.

Yes i know that i have to change the patch i mean there is 3 values to change but idk how to find them. I know i m a bit noob because its my begining.

Now Try these numbers:
