That is the hex it needs to be put into the patch in the correct place.

I used googles online hex checker and also got F97B

That probarly is the full..the common thing here would be if i have a number that is 8 digits but i check and it comes 4 that means the first 4 would 0s

well heres a little trick iv kept to my self for a while, just open your fully decompressed _missions.gsc in hex editor and highlight all and at the bottom it will tell you the length and thats what you need for the file size in the recomp's your making
