What are the offsets for MossyFunctions so I can change the file size?

O.K. so I'm having an issue in making the recomp file. Using the offsets:
00014f51.dat (FD18-FFFF) - as my header
00024ef6.dat (0-1F46) - as my footer

(That makes my _mossyfunctions_comp.gsc file)

When I edit the 0000002.dat file and make my _mossyfunctions_recomp.gsc file, my RECOMP file is bigger than my COMP file. I cant figure out how to get a footer on my recomp file since my end offset is greater than the end offset on my comp file. Please Help Me.
