If you use my converter, these are some bugs, best to run the converter from C:\Converter\ and place all patches in theres and convert from that directory.

I can do it for you. Which region is it? Also, EM your converter didn't work for me, so I have to do it manually.

I opened this up in FFviwer and it seems to be a blank patch. I might be mistaken but where are the "mods" located because the only thing that is "special" is the header.
