FYI, Its a command line app.

You need to open cmd.exe and navigate to the exe file.

For examle, if the exe is on your desktop enter

CD desktop (enter)
file.exe (enter) - This should give you a list of commands.

how do you change it to your region tho

Real easy,

First, get a patch in the region you want it to be in. Then use that, so you will know the region hex values.

For example, if you wan't an "American Patch", turned into a "U.K Patch". Get "Any" UK patch.

Open them both in HxD, and make sure the highlighted lines (Figure 1 in the American Patch, match the lines in the UK Patch.
