Did you check before upgrading if the modded patch was there?

well i think ive either put the patches in the wrong folder or used the wrong ones. the error i get with cod4 is that when i load up a game it displays the game type then mp_(whatever map i loaded). where as mw2 just loads as if it was a reg patch, but my waw modded patch is 100% working, guess ill grab a new ps3 in feb and look into if i can upgrade to 3.41 with a fresh ps3 and then just data transer

Probally you put the modded patch in the wrong folder in Filezilla so just download a new mw2 patch jailbreak your Ps3 and transfer your modded patch to the correct folder.

I think you should have left it at your previous update (3.51 I am guessing, or 3.41)
So yea, maybe de-update it?

ye but im now on 3.55 >.< i'll just buy another ps3 in February
