Invite some people then it should work

private match -> admin/host menu -> force host, ranked match -> leave lobby -> make party (a big is party better ) -> search for online games

if it doesnt work:
-your party is too small (try with 6 or 9 people)
-invite people to lobby...
-return to mw2 menu -> go online (load 'clean' playlist...) and start from the beginning

You will never join anyone as you clicked force host and then you cannot connect to anyone, so only people can join you :p

I can only get host in FFA, otherwise it seems like nobody joins. Is there a reason for this?

man honestly its just luck

i finally got host but once. i got party and joined domination. But the bad thing was that we kept inviting friends and both teams were friends and there was only 1 person that wasnt our friend so it was like a private match lol. If we dont invite people it wont find a game and it would kick my party out. R force hosts on other patches the same or r they different?
