No a jailbroken 3.41 fw ps3 is needed to install patches, however you can data transfer from a friend's ps3 that does have a patch

you need to have a 3.41 FW ps3 that you can jailbreak in order to put a patch on, and yes you could get a friend if he lives near you that host to data transfer with you and you will have the patch. Only bad thing is you wont be able to change it if you get bored until your friend changes his patch.

My methode is able, You only need a "USB FLASH DRIVE "FAT 32" "
and a original Ps3 Jailbreaker.
so you downgrade youre ps3 to 3.41 then upload youre files.
and then put back on 3.55 and repeat doing that

It's been patched, you can't downgrade a ps3 on 3.55 yet.

u also cant tranfer from 1 ps3 to 3.55 unless u hav another on 3.55

yes you can if you have 3.41 you can jailbreak

if you have less then 3.41 then you can upgrade to 3.41 and jailbreak

if you have more then 3.41 then leave
