Post: I have a problem! (*PLEASE HELP*)

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I recently bought a ps3 today from best buy. Its on 3.41 firmware. I also bought a TI-84 Plus calculator. I downloaded the latest jailbraking firmware onto my TI-84. I continued the correct way to jailbreak my PS3. After i plugged in the power cable to my PS3 & hit power & eject, at the bottom of my TI-84 it says "P5WaitDisconn". And it stays there. On all youtube videos it says it should say "working...done". If someone can help me avoid & solve this problem, I would appreciate it (and REP+)

Thanks

I found the solution!
Before starting, make sure you have copied "ps3jb.0.05.0001" and "pspwn" to your calculator using TI Connect.

1. Extract "to8xv.zip" to your Desktop

2. Download Hermesv2 Source code to your Desktop. To find it, google "Hermes v2". It's the first result.

3. Extract psgroove-hermes-v2.rar to your desktop

4. Open the psgroove-hermes-v2 folder

5. Copy "port1_config_descriptor.bin" from the "source" folder to the "to8xv" folder on your Desktop.

6. Open a command prompt. Click Start and type "cmd" in the search bar.

7. Type in
Code:
cd "c:\users\%username%\desktop\to8xv"
8. Type in
Code:
to8xv port1_config_descriptor.bin xxx
XXX can be any name

9. It will compile a .8xv file for the TI-84 calculator

10. Open up TI Connect and copy the newly compiled Hermesv2 file to the calculator. It should be called "xxx.8xv"

11. Once copied, turn on your calculator and navigate to "Apps"

12. Choose "PS3JB"

13. Once in "PS3JB", choose option 5 "Options"

14. Under "Stage 1 Payload", go right until you see your "xxx.8xv" file you created

15. Click save.

1. On FileZilla, click "File -> Site Manager -> New Site"
Look at the IP Address on your PS3; this will be the "Host" for FileZilla

2.On FileZilla, the port you will use is 21
The username you will use is FTPD12345
The password you will use is blank (no password at all)

3.At the top of the configuration window on FileZilla, click "Transfer Settings"

4.Check the box "Limit number of simultaneous connections'
Set the value to "1"

5.Click connect and you should be connected directly to your PS3's HDD.
