(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, so I downloaded the SKIDROW version of MW2 from torrents. The only reason I downloaded it is to quickly test my patches. How can I load modded patches even when I didn't buy the game?

When ever I click auto inject, it just says "searching for MW2." I have the ripped version and I'm using LoaderX. Anyone know how to fix this?

yes, if you are using alteriwnet, Loader x folder and open you config.ini file, and change the top line to:

alterIWnet

place your pc patch insite the loader x folder (there should be 2 patches already there)

Then once your patch is in there, you have to set it to load the one you just put in, so open

mw2_Modder which is located inside the Loader x folder

you need to change it to something like this:

    ; Modern Warfare 2 ModLoader

; by AgentGOD

; www.ultimate-filez.com



[MW2_Modder]

; Choose the mod to load (by numbering defined below)

CurrentMod=2 <------ This selects which mod to use



; Define your mods here... numbered from 0 through whatever..

; The value on the right of the = sign is the folder containing the mod

Mod0=Scoutzknivez

Mod1=RealismMod

Mod2=THIS IS THE FOLDER NAME OF THE PATCH YOU PUT IN

mod= ; etc

e.g say you put mossy v8 patch for pc in the same folder as loader x and the folder was called "Mossy V8" The MW2_Modder would be like this:

I don't know what version you guys got, but I have one where I just double click "iw4mp" and I use no mod loader and it works for me.

Let me find the download link. All you do is extract all the files to a folder on your desktop, once done navigate to "Zone" and then "English" and then you will see all .ff files etc. Go to the bottom and load the patch_mp into .FF Viewer, then get your .gsc/script from missions and copy paste it after you delete the existing code of course.
