no, the backup is assigned to the console

ye i know but like im on 3.41 now and i have your v8 v17 on but someone said it lags alot online and thats what i want it for so if i back it up then put on mossy v7 and back that up then upsate my ps3 and load them will they still load or will they give me an error?

If you back them up to the console you are going to be using them on it will be fine. I recommend making backups of all you favourite patches and then comppying the backups to you computer in a clear file structure so you know where all the files are. I am sure JuddyLovesPizza has posted a tutorial on this somewhere. Let me look for you.

I will also add that if IW ever up MW2 the modded patch will become unusable unless you use it bypassed.

There's a edited patch already ready my friend emailed it to me that what I use. It runs on 1.10
