This may not be a great tutorial, with no pictures or a video, but I'll try to make it as easy as possible. This will allow you to edit anything.
The things you need are:
FFViewer
offzip
Now what you need to do is...
- Make a folder on the desktop called Pack (this is what I call it

)
- Put offzip and the PS3 version of the patch you want to edit in the Pack folder.
- Now open CMD, in CMD you need to put
cd desktop/pack
- Then once you've done that, put in CMD
offzip -a -1 -z -15 patch_mp.ff ./ 0
- You can now close CMD.
- Now you will find that you have something called 00000027.dat or something file in your Pack folder, make a new folder in Pack, you don't need to name it anything.
- Put both patch_mp.ff and 00000027.dat into the new folder that you've made in Pack.
- Rename patch_mp.ff to whatever it's called (e.g. treepatch.ff)
- Rename your 00000027.dat to whatever it's called and put on the end of the NAME (not the .dat) -extract (so it'll now be called e.g. treepatch-extract.dat)
- Now in that folder you will have 2 files, in my case, treepatch-extract.dat and treepatch.ff
- Open up your FFViewer, under File it will say
Open extracted FastFile
- Search for Pack, and then go into your Folder, and open up your patch, in my case, treepatch.ff
YOU WILL NOW BE VIEWING A PS3 PATCH IN FFVIEWER! This is around halfway

the hardest bit is done.
- Now, view each .gsc, and copy everything (ctrl+a and ctrl+c) into NotePad or NotePad++
- Save each GSC into a seperate NotePad++ or NotePad (I use NotePad, it's more basic lol)
This is time consuming, just make sure you know which GSC is the one to match the xbox GSC (e.g. you will have a notepad which is named _airstrike.gsc so that will go into the Xbox _airstrike.gsc)
- Once you have done all of that, open FFViewer again, load the Xbox patch (you don't need to Open extracted FastFile, just load normally or press ctrl+o and select the Xbox patch.)
- Now all you need to do, is copy all of the GSC's from the PS3 patch into the Xbox patch that you have open in FFViewer (like I said earlier... _airstrike.gsc will be the one you named _airstrike.gsc in your notepad)
Once you have done all of that, ALL you need to do know is save it and now you will have a patch that you can successfully FULLY edit it!
If you have any problem with this tutorial, or a bit of this tutorial is missing, please say so, or tell me where you're stuck at and I will help
Also, I will not convert patches for you! You have a tutorial right here, it's not hard!
