It worked fine, then i converted it to ps3 with BucN's converter and I got a black screen. I have converted many patches so I do not belive I converted it wrong. Any possible explanations or help? Thank you, I just fixed it. It turns out I my converter was bad. Downloaded a new one and it worked perfectly

Use EliteMossy's patch converter. you need FF viewer should work with a PC patch. just get patch_mp-16421.dat from the output/ directory then a CLEAN ps3 patch. use that and it should work fine IF you use BLES00683. NVM lol
